Rentals

Lang Pioneer Village Museum is located on a picturesque 25-acre site on the banks of the historic Indian River. The Village’s tranquil location provides an ideal setting for corporate events, family reunions, club rendezvous and other group activities. The site includes a picnic shelter with access to public washrooms, electricity and running water if rented during the Village’s operating hours.

Rental Details Fee
Picnic Shelter Rentals should be coordinated with the Village's hours of operation. Groups of 10 or more can obtain admission to the Village at a discounted rate. Other arrangements can be coordinated with the Village staff. $100 per day + HST
Glen Alda Church In addition to wedding ceremonies, the Glen Alda Church can be rented for church services. The non-denominational church building will accommodate approximately 65-68 people. $800 + HST for weddings
Free for group worship (although a donation to the church restoration fund would be appreciated)
Peterborough County Agricultural Heritage Building The Great Hall is our new facility at the back of the historic village located in the Peterborough County Agricultural Heritage Barn (PCAHB). It can be rented for meetings and conferences accommodating up to 150 people. The PCAHB also features an industrial kitchen which can be rented in addition to the Great Hall.
