Spring

Open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
(Last Admission 2:00 pm)

Please note: From 12 – 12:30 pm daily, the historical interpretive staff (including Grist Mill staff) take their mandatory 30 minute lunch break. During this time, we encourage our visitors to visit our assortment of static display buildings, Main Gallery Exhibit and art/photography displays in the MacKelvie Gallery. Visitors can also stop by our Food Booth which is open and operating during this time and sells a variety of barbecued goods, snacks and refreshments.

Summer

June 18 to September 4
Open seven days-a-week from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

During this time, we encourage our visitors to visit our assortment of static display buildings including the Tinsmith Shop, Town Hall, Glen Alda Church, Ayotte Cabin, Horsepower Display, Cheese Shop, Cider Mill, Stump/Stone Puller, Ice House, Smoke House, Trades Barn, Transportation Barn, Agriculture Barn, Main Gallery Exhibit and art/photography displays in the MacKelvie Gallery. Visitors can also stop by our Food Booth which is open and operating during this time and sells a variety of barbecued goods, snacks and refreshments. The special activities of the day will continue throughout this lunch break. Please visit our calendar of events to see what we have booked. The Grist Mill will be closed from 11:30 am – 12 noon daily for their 30 minute lunch break.

Fall

September to December
The Museum is open Monday to Friday for Fall Guided Tours at 11 am and 1 pm from September 5 to 8. Advance booking is required. The Museum is closed on weekends other than special event dates. Please visit our Daily Programming & Events page to view our fall special event offerings.
