Church & Hall Rentals
The Glen Alda Church provides a picture perfect setting for weddings or church services. The non-denominational church building will easily accommodate 65 people and Lang Pioneer Village's tranquil location provides an ideal background for photography.



Church Rental Fees
The Glen Alda Church rental fee for weddings is $300.00 which includes access for decorating, rehearsal, the wedding service and photographs. Also included is complimentary admission to the village for all wedding guests. Washroom facilities are available. Ceremony times should be co-ordinated with the Village's hours of operation. The Glen Alda Church is free for group worship, although a donation to the church restoration fund would be appreciated. The MacKelvie Room is an ideal spot for meetings or social events and seats 40 people. Tours and catering service referrals can be arranged to compliment your event. Staff at the Village can work with you and your group or organization to help plan an excellent outing.

Room Rental Fees
The MacKelvie Room rental fee is $100.00 plus GST per day. Room rentals are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the months of January to April and at other times subject to availability. Light refreshments can be arranged at a cost of $3.00 per person.

Site Rental for Wedding Photos
Lang Pioneer Village is a photographers paradise when it comes to taking memorable wedding photos. Many wedding parties have chosen our captivating Lang Grist Mill as the prime location for their images. The site is available for a fee of $50 and must be pre-booked. .

Lang Pioneer Village Museum is located on a picturesque 25 acre site on the banks of the historic Indian River. The Village's tranquil location provides an ideal setting for corporate events, family reunions, club rendezvous and other group activities. The site includes a picnic shelter with access to public washrooms, electricity and running water if rented during the Village's operating hours.



The Lang Grist Mill, situated on the banks of the Indian River, provides a popular background for wedding photographers. Staff at the Village can work with you and your group or organization to help plan an excellent outing.

Rental Fees
The Picnic Shelter rental fee is $50.00 plus GST per day. Rentals should be co-ordinated with the Village's hours of operation. Groups of 10 or more can obtain admission to the village at a cost of $6.00 per person. Other arrangements can be co-ordinated with the Village staff. The Lang Grist Mill site can be reserved for wedding photography at a fee of $50.00 plus GST.
